If for any reason you are unhappy with the print item you have purchased from The Saint John's Bible, you may return it for full credit as billed (less shipping and handling charge).
Returns are not accepted on orders with a bulk discount.
All sales are final 15 days after receipt. All return requests must be made within 15 days of original purchase. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval by calling 1.800.654.0476 or email email@example.com. All items being returned must be undamaged and in resaleable condition and must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice and returned in the original packaging. Prints that are returned damaged or in any condition that will prevent the print from being resold at its original price will not be accepted. Custom Prints are "Made Upon Order" and may not be returned. Prints shipped outside of the US or Canada are not returnable.
Artwork Damaged in Transit:
If your package appears damaged, or once opened, you find damaged artwork, call us toll free at 1.800.654.0476 so we can arrange to have it picked up and inspected. Please retain and return all of the original packing materials.

Books may be returned for credit without permission at any time provided the books are still catalogued inthe current catalog and are in saleable condition. This policy does not apply to books purchased on remainder or under "no return" conditions.
We will return to the sender books that do not qualify for return credit. Shipping charges for such returns are the responsibility of the sender.
As always, we will pay the shipping charges on any item that we shipped to you damaged or defective. If you do received a damaged item please return it PROMPTLY with your invoice marked "SHIPPED DAMAGED" to receive full credit on your purchase. An invoice is necessary to receive full credit on damaged or defective returns.
